As part of routine housekeeping, order records older than about 400 days are automatically removed from our ordering system, while your customer details are retained so we can continue to serve you. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who operate our website, database and WhatsApp messaging on our behalf, strictly to deliver these services

• Delivery and logistics partners where needed to fulfil your order
